Sauna sessions are suitable for most adults. If you’re under 16, we require parental consent and that an adult accompanies you. We recommend consulting a doctor before sauna use for anyone with pre-existing conditions.

What if I get too hot or cold during my session?

Listen to your body. If you start feeling uncomfortable, it’s okay to take a break, cool down, or step out of the sauna for a moment. Your safety and comfort are our priority.
